What is ItemValue?
ItemValue is an AI-powered tool that helps you decide whether to sell items on eBay or donate them. We analyze real marketplace data to give you accurate price estimates, calculate fees and shipping costs, and tell you your potential profit.
How accurate are the price estimates?
Our estimates are based on actual completed sales on eBay. We search for items similar to yours and analyze what they actually sold for, not just listing prices. This gives you realistic expectations for what your item could sell for.
What do I get with my purchase?
You get a set number of item scans depending on your bundle:
• Weekend Warrior ($17) - 50 scans, 30 days
• Moving Master ($37) - 200 scans, 60 days
• Estate Pro ($97) - 1,000 scans, 90 days
Each scan analyzes one item and gives you a sell/donate recommendation with pricing details.
How do I activate my access code?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with your access code and an activation link. Simply click the link or go to
itemvalue.app and add
?code=YOUR-CODE to the URL. Your scans will be activated immediately.
I lost my access code. How do I recover it?
Check your email for the confirmation message from ItemValue. If you can't find it, contact us at the email below and we'll resend your code.
Do unused scans roll over?
Scans must be used within your access period (30, 60, or 90 days depending on your bundle). Unused scans do not roll over after expiration. You can add the year extension at checkout to get 365 days instead.
What's the "Effort Score"?
The effort score tells you how easy or hard an item is to sell:
• 🟢 Easy - Ships easily, high demand, quick sale likely
• 🟡 Medium - May need good photos, some shipping complexity
• 🔴 Hard - Large/fragile items, niche market, more effort required
This helps you decide if the profit is worth your time.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes! ItemValue works great on mobile browsers. You can even add it to your home screen for quick access - it works like an app without needing to download anything.
What's your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied with ItemValue, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
